Special Procedures:	Permanent entry visa applicants should note that normal mail delivery between Pohnpei and Suva can take up to four weeks. Norfolk Island

The Migration Act 1958 does not apply on NI which has its own migration regime. Special procedures apply for permanent residents of Norfolk Island who are not Australian citizens and who are travelling to Australia ; subject to certain criteria they may be eligible for a Permanent Resident Norfolk Island Visa (PRNIV) on arrival in Australia .
